Great stay! Eric was great! He was very accommodating and got right back to us when we had a need. The place is being completely remodeled and will be so nice when it’s all done. Really convenient location within walking distance of good food and the beach.

Nice stay at Eric's! He is very prompt with communications! Unit was as described & very clean. Gave Eric a few suggestions for extra hangers in closet, luggage racks & kitchen towel, but all else was good. Our only disappointment was that the pool was under renovations when we arrived & was not available until our late on our last day there & we did choose this property/pricing based on there being a pool. However, this should not be an issue for future guests as the renovations are now complete! There is some construction being done as several units are being totally remodeled, but there was minimal noise & any workers we encountered were very courteous. We were fortunate to have great beach weather & Eric provided free beach chairs for us to use daily. Free use of washer/dryer is nice also. The entire area is quiet & walkable. Beach is a 5 min away & lots of restaurants, Publix & CVS within .5 mi. Would return!
